Join Christina La Sala and Erica Gangsei for an evening critique group at The LAB. Participants will bring recent artwork to be reviewed; La Sala and Gangsei will facilitate a discussion with the group. Each artist should bring representative samples of their current body of work. The critique is intended to help artists gain insight into how their work engages viewers and to discuss questions regarding specific issues with their work. Participating artists should be be prepared to show aproximately 5 minutes worth of material and to speak briefly about their work. All media is welcome; original art is best, but large scale and media work can be presented on DVD, slides or CD.

She received her BFA from The Tyler School of Art at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA and her MFA from The San Francisco Art Institute. Ms. La Sala has shown work nationally and abroad. She has been awarded residencies at The Headlands Center for the Arts, The Hermit Foundation in The Czech Republic and Elsewhere in Greensboro, N.C.
